Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of Greasley Castle Farm, these sessions are all about slowing down, breathing deeply, and feeling joyfully alive. From the sound of birdsong to the feel of grass under your feet, every moment invites you to engage your senses, drop into presence, and find your little pocket of peace.
