Love will allow us to live with an open heart, allowing us to be free of tension, to have compassion, and to be open to what life provides us.

I care a lot about my students, 

I encourage all my students to love and respect themselves through my teaching. 

Authenticity

I am from Indonesia, which is culturally diverse and we will always lived in harmony as one. It is also important for me to remain authentic to myself and my beliefs. 

I believe that we are all unique and it is important to be true to ourselves. 

In my yoga classes, I encourage others to learn and listen to our body and be present in those exact moment.

Kind Thoughts and Kind Words

AHIMSA - NON VIOLENCE/NO HARM

It is important to be mindful to not think, speak or act in a harmful way to yourself or others.

Being kind in all that we think, say and do.

There is no competition in my yoga class, we are all unique and individuals.

I encourage my student to be more self-aware, to reconnect, to be kind to themselves and not cause any harm to self.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a yoga exercise focusing on connecting the breath to your movements, which tend to be set at a faster pace. Linking the poses together to create a constant flow of movements. 

Vinyasa Yoga will help to develop a more balanced body and helps build overall strength and flexibility.

Slow Flow / Gentle Yoga

This class will be a slow practice that will help build a stronger body, while also helping you to improve mindfulness, breathwork, flexibility, balance, and strength.

Slow  and Gentle flow is about slowing down and concentrating on your mind-body connection.

These classes are good for beginners because they are taught at a gentler pace that allows you to build body awareness and really learn yoga poses.

This class will be a more accessible class to occasional yogis, suitable for beginners and those newer to yoga, or for those who are nursing injuries.

A variety of props (yoga blocks, yoga belts, chair) will be use to help yoga practice more accessible.

We all need to find moments to slow down and experience some calm in our lives. These classes provide that opportunity.

Menopause Yoga

Promoting positives attitudes in pre and post-menopausal women through Yoga. 

Menopause yoga is an inclusive and accessible form of yoga specifically designed for women in any stage of Menopause from Perimenopause to Post Menopause. 

The yoga session will look at various different symptoms that women may experience through their menopausal stages, and explore ways yoga may help to ease them. 

It is a unique therapeutic style of yoga that incorporates elements of Hatha, Restorative, Yin and Vinyasa Yoga as well as breathing and mindful meditation techniques. Aimed to help alleviate the symptoms of Menopause as well as providing a positive approach to entering what we now call 'The Second Spring'.

Private 1 2 1

I offer one to one (or one to two) one hour private classes. 

These sessions are perfect if you’re looking for that personal, individualised attention approach. 

With me in your corner, you will be achieving your goals in no time, whether that’s working towards your headstand, or simply finding ways to relax more in your day to day life.

Private Yoga is ideal for complete beginners, for anyone working with a specific injury/medical condition, to work around childcare commitments, or for that extra special one-to-one care and attention.

Outdoor Yoga

There is no greater place to feel connected to the world around us than through being outdoors.


I have enjoyed all of our outdoor yoga classes and have worked closely with Greasley Castle Farm.

My aim is to help the community and build friendship, practicing yoga outside, exploring our sensory experience and finding our little peace in nature.
